Among different kinds of medal,there is one particular type which is military medal which is normally used as medal of honor to reward the members of military,navy,air force,Marine Corps and coast guard etc.,with a long history of military medal,military medal is a military decoration awareded to personnel of the British Army and other arms of the armed forces, and to personnel of other Commonwealth countries, below commissioned rank, for bravery in battle on land.

Producing a military medal is more complicated than producing a normal sports medal or marathon medal especially the ribbon part.
The ribbon constructure is quite different from common sports medal as it is wore on chest,it needs a metal plate to support the ribbon and shape the ribbon then fix the safety pin on the metal plate thus it can be wore on chest.
The medal is normally made of zinc alloy,as normal process to producing zinc alloy medal,the main different is that we need to make a mold for the metal plate which support the ribbon then struck the plate,after metal plate is ready,our technician will wrap the ribbon on the plate and the ribbon can be any texture or color per the presented rank.
Finally we will fix the safety pin on the back of the metal plate and attach the ribbon at top of medal to make a finished military medal.
We have multiple open mold for the metal plate and all kind of ribbon available for your options.
