It can be filled by either our automatic enamel machine or our professinal enamel workers who generally has over 2 years experience in this field to maintain smooth and clean enamel,then put it in oven with proper temperature,it will be baked to dry. After enamel is dry.100% inspection will be carried out by our professional QC worker then it will go to sew ribbon step,Carnival medal normally with narrow ribbon like around 20mm wide or with red+white rope or chains etc.
The last step would be package process and deliver to our customer with suitable shipping methods
