The first step of producing a medal is that our designer draw the 3D artwork for approval then go to mold engraving after your confirmation of artwork. After mold is done,we will polishing the mold and die casting the medals,to drill holes or spurs then polishing medal before it goes to plating process. After plating,100% inspection will be done to ensure good quality then will use thin clear film to protect the medal from scratches during transportations.
