Belt buckle normally is in big size,so the most suitable and widely used process to produce it is die casting zinc alloy.
With die casting zinc alloy belt buckle,the logo,size and colors etc. can be very flexible and can achieve high 3D relief.
The process to produce a die cast zinc alloy belt buckle is similar to producing a challenge coin or a medal.
Firstly,when got your idea of the belt buckle,our professional designer will draw production 2D artwork for approval after 2D artwork is confirmed,we will send 3D artwork to show 3D reliefs before mold is engraved.
Once 3D mold artwork is confirmed,we will engraving the mold accordingly and do highly polishing of the molds in order to make the metal surface of the buckle very smooth and shiny then will go to die casting process,after casting is ready,we will either weld or reviting the metal loop for belt on the buckle,so the finished unplated buckle is ready. Then highly polishing will be applied to ensure smoothing plating coating.
Once polishing is done,it will go to plating process which normally take about 4 hours,then the buckle will be in any finishing you expects such as gold or silver or nickel or black nickel or antique finishing.
After plating,we will do quality inspections on the surface of buckle. Then it will go to enamel process to make the buckle colorful if needed.
After enamel filled,it will be baked in oven for certain hours so the enamel can be dry and hard. Finally we will do 100% quality checking on the full bulk to ensure every single product is in good quality conditions.
Then buckle will go to package process and will be well packed to protected from damage during transportations.
