Medal is a widely used item in our daily life and activities,except most popular metal medal,wood medal is an options for simple designs or for people looking for something not metal.
Wood medal manufacturing is more simple than producing a metal medal,the steps is only about 5 steps,firstly it's artwork then cut the logo on wood by CNC machine after editing the artwork in the programming.
Finally cut the medal into shapes we need,then attach customized ribbon at top of the medal,then go to inspection and package process before delivery to our customer.
Wood medal normally is the wood color itself,very simplex options and logo color will be darker after engraving by CNC machine.
Due to the material limits,normally the logo or text can not be too small on wood medal,it won't be as precisely as metal medals.
Except CNC engraving logo on wood medals,we can also do printed logo on wood medals,printed logo would be more colorful,it can be any colors you need.
With CNC machine in house,we can finish wood medal bulk manufacturing in 7 days if you have a rush order required but normally wood medal is more suitable to produce.
