Except offset prints stainless steel process,there is another printed sticker process which is also popular as well.
If a complicated cmyk image would like to be applied on a lapel pin however don't like the offset prints process? Or expect very fine details of prints?
Printed sticker process would be the best alternative one which could allow you have a struck pin while you have a complicated image to be done as a pin and don't wanna to lose any colors or details of image.
The first step to produce a printed sticker pin is to produce a struck pin as usual,cutting mold then shape the pin and while manufacturing the pin,the set up will be done for the printed sticker as well.
After the set up is done,we will start producing the printed sticker and after the ink is dry,epoxy dome will be applied on the sticker and put in oven to bake the epoxy dome so it can be solid clear dome.
After the struck pin is ready and sticker is ready,we will fix the sticker on the struck pin as it's adhensive tape at back of the sticker.
Our experience technician can also controls the gap between sticker and pin edge at most minimum to make the pin look premium.
It's a process which could make the lapel pin look more premium than a offset print stainless steel lapel pin.
